Art Books en Wine

I created Art, Books en Wine because of the desire to connect. I think we all need to connect. There is so much knowledge and beauty in the world worth sharing, for me realizing these events facilitates the process of making it possible to discover beauty and the unknown.

Art, Books en Wine, is a place of meeting that serves as an informal debate centre – social network that promotes and sales publications from people working in creative industries. This makes Art, Books en Wine a great way to connect with people in a relaxed and inspiring environment. Besides our special evenings whose main focus is on guest presentations and selling of recent publications, the tradition of Art, Books en Wine is to begin and end our evenings over a chilled glass of wine and mouth watering delights. Our menu includes edible art, made possible through collaboration with artist Marielle Saris and our special in house delights made possible by Art, Books en Wine producer, artist and independent curator S’thabile Mlotshwa.

If you are a lover of art, literature, wine, food or connecting with people, then this is the place for you.  We guarantee an inspirational evening filled with in-depth information about the work / publications of our guest speakers, a chance to network and an opportunity to acquire their latest personally autographed publications.

We at Art, Books en Wine are therefore proud to have had the opportunity to present publications and welcomed as our special guests; Geert Jan Knoops, Mirjam Westen, Rob Voerman, Maria Roosen and Andrea Stultiens among others.
